Q: How can life coaching help me find clarity and figure out which direction to go in my life?
A: With “The One” Coaching program, we take a look at where your life is now, and where you want to be. We create a map together, and I provide you with tools and strategies to help close that gap and move you in a forward direction. At the same time, we look at what was creating the “stuck” situation i.e. fears, unsupportive belief systems, and get rid of those, so you can live your purpose and passion.
Q: What if I have no idea what direction I want to go?
A: With “The One” Coaching program, we identify your purpose and your passions in life, and use that as an indicator of the type of life you want to create for yourself. We will look at all of the different areas of your life, what is working, and what is not, as create a plan for you to follow.
Q: What types of things will we talk about during the session?
A: I recommend that every client start with the Life Rehab Coaching Program. We will take a very comprehensive and holistic look at all of the different areas of your life, as I believe they all need to work together in order for you to create success. We will cover your health, relationships, time management and finances.
Q: How long will I need life coaching?
A: The duration of the coaching programs will depend on your specific goals and needs. My belief is that you create more success with repetition and accountability, and there are ongoing coaching sessions available to provide you with this.

They teach you to look inside (the inner game) first, instead of looking externally for happiness and fulfillment. Q: What is most important to look for when selecting a coach?
A: There are many factors that contribute to selecting a coach that is the right fit for you. The first is experience. My skill set is incredibly unique and diverse. In addition to having incredible life experience helping women from 18-38, I have multiple certifications. I have had the unique pleasure of traveling for 6 years, as a coach and mentor, and being personally trained by Tony Robbins. I also hold 9 certifications in: Hypnotherapy, NLP, Neurological Re-patterning, Holistic Health Practioner, Yoga Instructor, and Nutritional Counselor. In addition I have coached thousands of women in 7 countries around the world. I utilize all of the techniques and tools to create a customized approach that will get you results.
Q: What can I expect during my coaching session?
A: Each week we will focus on a different area of your life, with the bigger goal of getting you clarity and moving towards your purpose. You will be given homework that you will complete by the following session, as well as be accountable for the results you said you wanted to achieve from the previous sessions.

A. My secret weapon is my belief is that anything you desire in life is possible. I have been fortunate to work with thousands of people all over the world and have seen a variety of challenges and successes, and truly that anything you believe you can achieve. In addition, I have overcome many challenges in my own life that support this belief.
