The 5 Most Frequently Asked Questions About Coaching:

Q: How can life coaching help me find clarity and figure out which direction to go in my life?

A: With “The One” Coaching program, we take a look at where your life is now, and where you want to be. We create a map together, and I provide you with tools and strategies to help close that gap and move you in a forward direction. At the same time, we look at what was creating the “stuck” situation i.e. fears, unsupportive belief systems, and get rid of those, so you can live your purpose and passion.

Q: What if I have no idea what direction I want to go?

A: With “The One” Coaching program, we identify your purpose and your passions in life, and use that as an indicator of the type of life you want to create for yourself. We will look at all of the different areas of your life, what is working, and what is not, as create a plan for you to follow.

Q: What types of things will we talk about during the session?

A: I recommend that every client start with the Life Rehab Coaching Program. We will take a very comprehensive and holistic look at all of the different areas of your life, as I believe they all need to work together in order for you to create success. We will cover your health, relationships, time management and finances.

Q: How long will I need life coaching?
A: The duration of the coaching programs will depend on your specific goals and needs. My belief is that you create more success with repetition and accountability, and there are ongoing coaching sessions available to provide you with this.

Q: What makes “The One” coaching program different from the many others that are available?
A: All of the principles from “The One Coaching” Programs are from “The One” Book Series. They teach you to look inside (the inner game) first, instead of looking externally for happiness and fulfillment. This is crucial, as otherwise you will repeat unsuccessful patterns that contributed to you being stuck in the first place.

The Quickest and Most Effective Way To Reach Your Goals Is To Have A Coach December 15th, 2008

If there is one thing I know for sure, if you have a goal, you NEED a coach. I have been very fortunate in my life to have learned this early on, and chosen great mentors.

There are 5 Reasons why having a coach is critical to achieving your goals:

  1. A coach is someone that has accomplished what your goal is, and can guide you through challenges, as someone who has gone before you.
  2. A Coach will hold you accountable to what it is you say you want to do. (and let’s face it, this is a big part of the game)
  3. A coach can push you when you need it, to get you where you need to go.
  4. A coach will act as a support team, when you need more resources to achieve your goals.
  5. A good coach will lead you from behind, and act as the wind beneath your wings.

The Why??? December 15th, 2008

With all of this attention on the law of attraction, you always here “not to worry about the why”. I am really starting to get that at a cellular level.

This weekend I had a “mini-heartbreak situation” with the guy I had a crush on for months. In a conversation with a highly respected married friend, I kept trying to figure out “why” something had happened. He gave marital words of wisdom, and said that sometimes things don’t make sense, and shouldn’t make sense, but when you are in the right situation, it all does. It was very wise, and filled with the wisdom of “don’t worry about the why”.

Lately I am fascinated with Einstein. I am a slave for his knowledge and on a quest to read and devour everything he has written. His quotes are invaluable. My favorite one is “You must rise above the energy in which a problem was created to solve it”. If we do this in our lives, everything becomes much more simple. It seems as though the right friends are always there, just when you need them.

The Mojo! December 15th, 2008

The following is an excerpt from one of the “Your Best Friend Called” calls…

“Hello beautiful, I hope you are having a wonderful day. Today I want to talk with you about a fun and flirty topic. It is absolutely contagious, and when you have got it, there is no stopping you.

It is one of my all time favorite words, the Mojo. The Mojo is what I call life force or energy. I am sure you can remember a time when you were newly in love, or just super happy, and you walked down the street, and people couldn’t stop staring at you, or complimenting you. It is because you had the mojo.

I am a big believer of cultivating the mojo whatever way possible. One technique I teach to women is what I call “coffee shop” flirting. It is simple to do. Each morning take a trip to a local coffee shop. Preferably one where many businessmen frequent. Each day flirt with at least one of the business men This can be as simple as allowing him to open a door for you and then flashing hi a coy little smile, or gently bumping his hand, as you are reaching for the milk to put into your coffee.

It is something very small, but as I said before, the mojo is contagious. Once you start your day felling sassy, and flirty, it will only carry out into other areas of your life. The next thing you know, you will be walking down the street, and someone will compliment your outfit, or smile. It makes you feel good, and it makes other feel great.

There is nothing better than that feeling of being in love, and that everything is right in the world. It is if everything is techno color. All of the sounds are magnified, and the smells are sweeter. It is a beautiful feeling, and it is absolutely possible for you to cultivate and grow this all on your own, regardless if you are in love or if your aren’t. You will be surprised at what you attract. One week I made it a practice to do this every single morning. That very same week, I was asked out by 7 different men, and had flowers left on my doorstep and a poem written to me. I can tell you this was not the norm for me, and I attribute it to a large part to the mojo.

Good luck with this one. I very much look forward to hearing what you attract in with your mojo. Please e-mail me all of your juicy stories.

BY for now, and always remember, YOU are THE ONE, be your own best friend.”
